Return policy

We at Rivaayat Collections believe in providing a delightful experience to our customers. We strive to serve you with the best quality products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have received, we are sorry that your order didn’t work out and we will gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. You can return your product and get refund from us subject to the below mentioned terms. Kindly note that the products purchased during Sale periods are not eligible for returns. For details refer below. Kindly note the following points for a seamless return and refund experience for domestic orders shipped within India:

  • You must initiate a return with us within 7 days from the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse within 15 days. For easy and quick returns, it's best to contact us via email (info@rivaayatcollections.com) or Whatsapp(+91 88472 61790) .
  • If the product you receive is damaged or not up to your quality expectations, drop in a return request. If our company has a reverse pick up service available in your area, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet the quality check, the product will be not accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • The product should not be worn, used, washed, or show any signs of usage.
  • The tags and labels on the product should not be removed or tampered with.
  • The product should reach us in its original condition and packaging without any damage or any other kind of tampering or mishandling to the product as well as the packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The box should be packed properly so as to avoid any damage in the transit.
  • The return logistics will be handled by our team. After careful inspection of the returned product, we will initiate a refund of an amount equalling the order value minus Rs. 150 for the return logistics.

    • We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request for the products purchased.
    • No returns are accepted for customized products.

No returns are accepted for products purchased during our End of Season Sale (EOSS)/ End of Summer Sale (EOSS)/ End of Winter Sale (EOWS).

Kindly note that international orders aren’t eligible for returns. 

In these rare scenarios, your returns won’t be accepted:

  • The product is damaged by the customer or has been tampered with in any way.
  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or changed in any other way.
  • We don't offer returns on the Pure Pashmina Collection.

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:

  • The order can only be canceled if and only if it has not already been shipped.
  • If the order has been paid for and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
  • However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we can not cancel the order and it will become a return on your side.
  • The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation or returns.

Product Disclaimer:

Most of the products on Pashmina Stories are handmade, hand woven, and intricately crafted; as such there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops, or the mobile devices that you may be using. If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect, or fault from our side, send it in the mail and we will be happy to arrange a return pickup for you. Once the product reaches us and we verify the issue, we will refund your order in full amount in the original payment mode. Please note that products purchased via Cash On Delivery (COD) can only be refunded to your bank account. For any queries contact us.
